The bathrooms are not very comfortable.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with the very kind and balcony, for example and it was available. The location was marvellous and stunning and a tram station was walk from the hotel;))

Marvellous and incredible location near to the museums, the sea and old city and railways station in a good area. About 10 minutes walk from St Nicholas Cathedral. Exceptional service, modest guest room with clean towels, comfortable bed and superior extras.

Consider asking for cappuccinos at any time. They're delicious and available all day as a refreshing perk during your stay.

While the location is handy, there are some safety concerns in the area, especially at night with a few unsavory characters lurking about. The bathroom in my room felt cramped, seeming almost like an afterthought in design. I also noticed the lack of a kettle, which would have been helpful for a proper cup of tea. The machine didn't boil water hot enough for me. Lastly, the absence of a mini-fridge was inconvenient, particularly with the warm weather.

The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and were friendly. Special mention to the reception team, who provided really good service throughout my visit.
